GII.LAM AND THE OIL FIELDS Mr, and Mrs. John Querry and children, of Hildreth, 11l , are visiting relatives and friends in Gillam. Mr. and Mrs. House, Mr. and Mrs. George Comer and Mr. and MrsFrank Lafever were among the ex. cursionists to Indianapolis Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Robinson, of Monon, attended the wedding of their brother, Clarence Rayburn, The English Oil Company has found a market for their oil, and they expect to do their own shipping in the future. Some of the brother Oddfellows of this place attended the organization of that lodge at Gifford, last Friday night, Mr. and Mrs. James Toyne visited a brother in Goodland last’ Sunday, THE BAYBURN -ROBINSON WEDDING. At the home of Mr, and Mrs. J T. Faris at 0 o’clock Wednesday evening, Rev. John Sebring united in maniage Mr. Clarence Rayburn and Miss Effie Robinson. The ceremony was witnessed by a 'arge number of relatives and friends. The bride is a highly respected young lady. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs Warren Robinson of Kansas. The groom is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. R. C, Rayburn and is well and favorably known throughout the community. After the ceremony all were seated to a sumptuous wedding feast to which all did ample justice. Mr. and Mrs. Rayburn received many nice presents. We wish them a happy and prosperous journey over life’s pathway.
