A Harrison Day Suggested.
Frank Jones, state school superintendent, has sent to the superintendents and teaohers of Indiana schools a letter asking the last Friday of Nov. 22nd, be devoted to exercises commemorating the life of Benjamin Harrison. He asks that a "school children’s gift to the Benjamin Harrison memorial fund” be oolleoted. He limits the contribution from pupils to five cents and from teaoher to ten cents. With the remittance the teaohers are to send a roll of names of those contributing, bat the amount given by eaoh child is not stated. No pupil should feel that he must’give, Mr,. J ones writes.
