Monday’s Indianapolis News says: Frank Martin, deputy auditor of State, has notified the board of control of the Indiana State prison that he oan not aooept the position as warden of that institution. In refnsing th'e plaoe Mr. Martin told the board he was not sure that he was suited for the position of warden.
