Status of the Tippecanoe Route

The surveyors of the T. & 0. T. R. R. reaohed Winamao from the east last week and finished the survey of the line through here last Monday. It runs this side of the Stafford & Goldsmith Co.’s piokle factory, at the south end of town. There are twelve in the party, among whom is one colored man. The ohief engineer informed our reporter that the line now being located the oontract for the construction of the road eastward will be let.—Winamao Journal.
