An item from Camden says that Dr. C. E. Schotl, of that plaoe, is a relative of Admiral Schley, their grandmothers being full sistere. Dr. Scholl says that the Admiral is well posted in the technique of naval affairs, and is a man of strong character, but also a week tactician and not a born leader of men. — Delphi Herald.
