Mrs. Mary E. Swain, state president W. R. C., orders all corps to drape charters for 60 days in honor of McKinley. The Fourth district convention has been changed from Aurora to Columbus. Tenth district convention is posponed until Nov. 26. Manta Baker, of Roann, and Lucy Clark, of Westville, have been appointed department aids. Sharpsville corps has disbanded. A donation of S2OO has been received for a monument to loyal women.
