The Injunction Knocked Out.

Special Judge Reiter rendered his deoision in the injuotion oase of the County Commissioners vs the City of Rensselaer, on the brick street matter, this Thursday morning. He sustained the defendant’s demurrer and dismissed the oase at the plaintiff’s cost. He holds that the City Counoil have full discretion in accepting the work of the contractors, and that the circuit oourt has no right to interfere, except there be an allegation of bribery against the council. This ends the case unless the commissioners appeal to the Supreme Court.
