Jasperites Heavy Loss At Lamar.

News has just been reoeived here of a very serious property loss that has befallen our-former townsmen at Lamar, Colo. The large lumber yard there belonging to John Paxton, Wallace Parkison and Geo, W. Burk got on fire Tuesday night of last week, and before it was stopped they had lost half of their $20,000 stock of lumber. The fire was thought to have started by a spark from a locomotive. There was only $2,000 insurance
