A Corn Show.
A. F. Long, the druggist now has his front window filled witlr specimens of this year’s corn crop. There are some 35 entries now by as many different farmers and each exhibit consists of four ears. They are a mighty fine lot of samples and come from all directions from town, and indicate that Jasper county’s corn crop is a good one, in spite of the dry weather. New entries are being made every day. When all are in good judges will select the best exhibit and the owner will receive a prize.
