David Eyre, et al. ) Notice is hereby given by the undersigned commissianer in the above entitled cause, as per order of court made in said cause on September 10,1901, that on and after October 8, 1901, at the office of Foltz, Spitler & Kurrie, in the City of Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, bids will be received for and sale made of the lands ordered sold in said cause, to-wit: The southeast quarter of section thirty-one (31) and the southwest quarter of section thirty-two (32), all in townsnip thirty-two (32) north, range six (6) west in Jasper county, Indiana, subject to the easement of all legal existing highways and the right-of-way of Benjamin J. Gifford’s railroad, said sale will be made at private sale as per order of court. TERMS OF SALE. One-third cash in hand, the residue of said purchase price to be divided into four equal installments to be paid respectively in one, two, three and four years, evidenced by notes drawing six per cent annual interest, payable in Bank, with attorneys fees and without relief and secured by a purchase money mortgage on said real estate. Application for License. ... . • Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the Town of Gifford and of Barkley township, to Jasper county, Indiana, that the undersigned, a male inhabitant of the State of Indiana, over the age of twenty-one years, of good moral character, and a man who is not in the habit of becoming intoxicated, and has been a continuous resident of said town and township for over ninety days last past, and who is in respect to all legal qualifications and requirements. a fit and proper person to be intrusted with the sale of intoxicating liquors, and will be the actual owner and proprietor of said retail liquor business if license be granted him, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of said County of Jasper, State of Indiana, at their October term, 1901, at the Commissioners’ Court Room, to the Court House, to the City of Rensselaer, in said county, for a license to sell and barter spirituous, vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors, to a less quantity than a quart at a time, and also in lees quantities than five gallons at a time, with a privilege of allowing the same to be drank on the premises where sold and bartered.
