David Eyre, et al. ) Notice is hereby given by the undersigned eommiasianer in the above entitled cause, as per order of court made in said cause on September 10,1901, that on and after October 3, 1901, at the office of Foltz, Spitler & Kurrie, in the Citv of Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, bids will be received for and sale made of the lands ordered sold in said cause, to-wit: The southeast quarter of section thirty-one (31) and the southwest quarter of section thirty-two (32), all in township thirty-two (32) north, range six (6) west in Jasper county, Indiana, subject to the easement of all legal existing highways and the right-of-way of Benjamin J. Gifford’s railroad, said sale will be made at private sale as per order of court. TERMS OF SALE.
