NOTICE is hereby given, that the City Commissioners of the Cnty of Rensselaer, Indians, have filed their report showing the names of owners of property which will be benefltted by the improvement of Van Rensselaer street between Washington street and Cornelia street to be as follows: Benton Forsythe and Cora E. Forsythe, Robert White A Son, Candace L. Loughridge, Abraham Leopold, Charles A. Roberts and Michael Eger and that the matter of the assessments for benefits and damages on account of said improvement has been referred to the City Commissioners of said city. That said City Commissioners will meet at the Council Chamber at 9 o’clock A.
