NORTHWEST BARKLEY. Correspondent forgot itself last week, as thrashing was the order of the week, Several of the young folks attended church at Good Hope Sunday night. Mr. Nuss and George Cooper helped the looks of their farms by cleaning the fence rows. Others take pattern. Miss Bertha Hopkins spent the first of the week with her brother Charles Hopkins, George Hopkins Sundayed with Roy Torbet. Mr. and Mrs. Jordan, of Newland were seen in these parts Monday on business. George Daniels is getting his cane ready for the mill. Charley Jenkins and wife called at James Torbets Sunday evening. Thfere will be a show at Blackford on Saturday night. Everybody invited to attend.
