Southern Gillam is Improving.

The new M. E. church in the southern part of Gillam tp., is not the only new building improvement in that part of the county. Wm. Johnson, residing a mile south of there has just about completed the erection of a fine new house; Prior Smith, living two miles east of the church, has built an addition to his house; J. W. Turner, residing north of the church, is completely remodeling his house and Jerry Bishir, residing just west of the church, is arranging to build a four roomed house. With the prospects 'excellent for a good corn’crop and a big price for it, south Gillam is enjoying an era of splendid prosperity.
