Notice is hereby given that, a petition will be presented to the Board of Commissioners of the county of Jasper, and state of Indiana at the September term 1901 of said Board asking for the location of a new public highway in Gillam and Barkley townships in said county and state on the following route, to-wit: Commencing at the northwest corner of section 25, township 30 north, range 6 west, thence east on the north line of section 26 to intersect the north bank of a certain dredge ditch, thence easterly on said north bank of said dredge ditch across sections 30, 29, 20 and 21, and the southwest quarter of section 22, all in same town and range to the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said section 22, thence south to the south line of said section, thence east to the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 27, tho latter description being in township 30 north, range 5 west. Said proposed highway will pass along, upon and over the lands of the following named gtrsons: Benjamin J. Gifford, John N. Baker. ulda J. Baker, Sarah E. Hendrickson, Emily M. Long, Mary R.
