In the Justices’ Courts.
There is a little lull in Christie Viok’s oonstable business just now. It is likely to liven up considerable when he gets sight of the Burk boys, however. In fact, from their past record, likely to be very lively indeed, about that time. Geo. Hopkins accused of proyoking Mrs. Wm. Fry, was found guilty by Squire Troxell, and fined $1 and costs. Fine and costs are suspended during his good behavior. In the final round of the Fair Oaks prairie chioken oase, Wm. Kale, who brought the dead chicken down as evidenoe against Liggett, was fined $lO and costs, by Squiro Burnham, for haying it in his possession, Ijle takes an appeal to the circuit court.
