A Long-Distance Courtship.
Miss Emma Moser, of Onarga, 111., and Mr. Henry H. Bartlett, of Morenoi, Arizona, left here this morning for Onarga, 111., Miss Moser’s home. They will be married there next Sunday, Aug, 25th, and a week later leave for Mr. Bartlett’s home, and their future residence. This marriage will terminate a oourtship that was two years long in point of time and 2,000 miles long in point of distanoe. It began through au advertisement in a matrimonial paper, by Mr. Bartlett, which Miss Moser answered. Theirs correspondence lasted two yea.rs, but they uever met until August 11th, when Mr. Bartlett arrived here with the understanding that if they liked each *other on personal acquaintance they were to be married. Miss Moser has been a dining room girl at the Nowels House sinoe Feb. Ist. She is a nice little girl, 21 years old. Mr. Bartlett admits to being 34, and is certainly all of shat. He seems to have generally impressed people favorably , who jnadfi: his acquaintance. He is employed in a copper, mill, at Morenoi.
