Miss Wigmore Sues.

Suit has been filed in Indianapolis by the attorney for Miss Lida Wigmore of Monticello, for $15,000 as damages for injuries sustained by the plaintiff in a fall in the Backford building in Indianapolis laet June. She alleges that the hallway was dark and insufficiently lighted and *the doorway at the elevator line opened and the elevator being at a higher floor she stepped out and fell to the bottom receiving injuries for which she wants pay. Miss Wigmore is well known here where she has visited often.
