Brand protested against the acceptance of the'iraprovement on south Cullen claiming the macadam was from one to three inohes “shy” in depth. The street had already been aooepted, and their only recourse is to get their assessments reduoed. The specifications for the proposed improvement of River, Forest and Merrett streets, were approved. The repairing of Washington street was ordered from the bridge to the Makeover house. The olaim of the Robert Goodriok estate, for $34.71 rebate on his saloon license was rejected. Some 37 claims, amounting to 91190.19 were allowed.
