A Marriage in Jordan.

Married Sunday, Aug. 11th, 1901, at the Geo. M. Kessinger residence, in Jordan Tp., Mr. George A. Kessinger and Mrs. May Reed. The ceremony took place at four p. m., and was performed by Rev. - Ed Meads, of Rensselaer. A large company of friends and relatives were present. A fine wedding supper was served soon after the ceremony. The groom, whose former home was near Lafayette, is a cousin of George M. Kessinger, of Rensselaer, and is working his farm. The bride, who was a widow, is the daughter of Mr. Kessinger, and was therefore a second cousin of her new husband. They will continue to reside on her father’s farm.
