The Ambitious Three I.

The Spring Valley and Northern railway company has been incorporated in the state of Illinois. The incorporators are all interested in the 3-1 system and are looking for an extension of that road to St. Paul and Minneapolis. A report from St. Joseph, Mioh., says that a spur will also be built to Detroit The 3-1 management is on the oonstant lookout for outlets and will not stop until that road is one of the most important in the country.
