Drowned in the Kankakee.

James Bennett, a young man 19 years old, was drowned in the Kankakee river Thursday, at a point about north of Lake Village. He belonged in Rose Lawn and was a son of George Bennett, a well known character of that town. The manner of the aocident seems not to be well known, but jt is understood that he had gbne to the river to fish. He had been working on the Brady ranch. The body was not recovered until this, Friday, morning.
