Notice to Builders and Contractors.

The Trustees of Iroquois Lodge No. 113, I. O. O. F. Rensselaer, Indiana, will receive sealed bids, for furnishing all material and erecting a building on the lot adjoining the Odd Fellows’ Hal), according to plans and specifications on file in Irwin & Irwin’s office 2d floor Odd Fellows' Temple. Bids must be accompanied with a bond of SSOO as a guarantee of good faith. The successful bidder will be required to give bond for the faithful performance of the work.

Bids will be opened at 10 a. ny Aug. 10th, 1901. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Bids may be handed or mailed to any of the undersigned trustees, or to S. C. Irwin, of the firm of Irwin & Irwin, above mentioned. Lucius Strong, J. O. Gwin, D. M. Worland, Trustees.
