David Thompson’s Will.
David J. Thompson’s will has been deposited with the county clerk. After directing the payment of all debts, it gives to his nephew, Ray D. Thompson, all hie furniture, clothing, office fixtures, fishing outfit etc. To his neice Dora M. Baughman of Ada Ohio, his nephews Lineus W. Martin, of Wahoo, Neb., and Ray D. Thompson, of Rensselaer, it gives all the residue of his estate both real and personal. Ray D. Thompson is appointed executor, and no bond is required. The will is dated May 29th, 1901, and the witnesses are Jesse E. Wilson and Frank Foltz. No sums are named in the will nor property described, but it is understood that his estate was of the value of about ( $20,000.
