A Construction Company Incorporated.

Artioles of Association of the Indiana Construction Company have been filed here for record. The objects of the company are to oonstruot and equip steam and electric railroads, to handle their securities eto. The inoorporaters are Robert Parker of Remington, R. A. Hamilton, of Goodiand, and Isaao Newcomer, of Kosciosko county. From the fact that Mr. Hamiltonjis the chief engineer of the proposed Chioago & Toledo Transfer Railroad Company, and Mr. Newcomer is from a point on the line, it is surmised that the company has iu view the construction of this railroad. It is not specially mentioned, however, in the articles of association.
