No Side Lines Go.

The Postmaster General will issue an order in a few days which will prohibit rural free delivery carriers from engaging in any business out side their official duties except soliciting subscriptions for newspapers. This will stop the present praotioe'of many carriers of acting as agents for express companies, book publishers, wholesale bouses and liquor dealers, to the detriment of small merchants in their territory, and also harmful to department work.
