Miss Pyrle Parker has gone to Valparaiso to visit friends over the Fourth. Mabel. Frank, and Susie McDonald went to Logansport Wednesday to visit relatives. w Mr. and Mrs. Roland Johns entertained a number of their friends at Thetr““hbme last Saturday evening." Dainty refreshments were served. Mr. August Ringeisen from Delrey 11l , is visiting his parents this week. Quite a number of our young people attended the ice cream social at Osborne last Saturday night. The proceeds were about sll. W. W. Lee’s new hardware store will soon be completed and ready for occupancy. Curtis Randle of Enid, Okla., is visiting, -his mother, Mrs. J. T. Randle. Rev. Brady' of Rensselaer held services at the school house Sunday evening June 30. Arrangements have been made for him to preach here every two weeks. John Foster and Miss Clara Lutz visited the former’s uncle at Delphi last week. Miss Lulu Rishling of Lee is staying at the McCoysburg Hotel. Herman Nimms visited his parents at Francesville, Monday and Tuesday, of last week. Mr. * Blakemore, who has been working in Chicago, came Tuesday evening for a short visit with his daughter, Mrs. Julia Grounds, south of town. ——x. ___ ; ; _2 _' _ ..
