Thinks Wage Law No Good.

In an official opinion on the minimum wage law enaoted by the general assembly, last winter, Attorney General Taylor says if the decision of the New York Court of Appeals shall be held to be the law in this and other states, the minimum wage law of 1901 will fall. Until it is so deolared to be illegal, however, it is the duty of all to obey the law. The law fixes the lowest wages that can be paid on any publio work at 20 cents per hour.
