A Gypsy Fatally Shot.

Sherman Chunn, a traveling gypsy, was fatally shot at Rockville by Sheriff Benson and Marshal Boyd while resisting arrest. Chunn shot L. C. Phillips, s jeweler at Carbon, because Phillips had shot Chunn’s dog. The officers had,been watching for him and, finding that ha was in camp three miles from Rockville, went out to arrest him. j
