Corn is commencing to grow. Sam Hopkins and daughter Bertha went to the city Wednesday. Lester Sohreiner traded horses the other day, Oh that’s nothing. Arthur Tuttle of Remington, is visiting at his father-in-law’s, James Griggs. > Newton Jenkins spent last week with relatives in Monon. John Louis got his horse cut in the wire fence last Tuesday. John W. Hurley, who has been sick for some time, is not as well at this writing. John Williams and Emerson Snow had a horse trade a few days ago. Edward Jenkins and wife went over to the hub last Wednesday.
