Andrew Arnold’s Will.

The last will and testament of the late Andrew Arnold was filed for probate in the clerk’s office Wednesday. His youngest son, Eli Arnold, trustee of Barkley tp, is made executor by the terms of the will. The will sets forth that to each of his seven living children and to the families of his son Noah Arnold and daughter, Mrs. Barbara Wolf, both deceased, he has advanced 53,100. One son, Andrew H. Arnold went away some years ago and it is not known if he be living or not. His children receive enough to make his advance 13,100 also. All the balance of the estate is divided equally among the seven living children and the children of the two who are deceased, and of Andrew H., the missing son. If the latter comes back before the estate is administered upon, he will receive his regular share. If not he will receive nothing and what would have been his share will go to his three children.
