Change In Lunacy Commission.

One of the new Indiana laws changes the method of lunacy commissions to some extent. Heretofore two justices and one doctor were required in examining into a persons condition of mind. The new law reverses the proportion of ingredients in the prescription and puts in one justice and two doctors. The change is an improvement for really doctors, if anybody, are the ones naturally the best qualified to deside whether a man is non compos or not
