Notice is hereby jriven that a petition will be presented to the Board of Commissioners of the County of Jasper, in the State of Indiana, at the Jane term 1901. of the said Board, asking for the location of a new public highway In Barkley and Utll&m townships in said county and state on the following route, towit; Commencing at the northwest corner of section 25, township thirty north, range six west; thence east on the north line of section twen-ty-five to intersect the the north bank of a certain dredge ditch thoreon; thence east on the northerly oank of said dredge ditch across sections thirty, twenty-nine, twenty and twentyone and the west quarter of section twentytwo, all In same town and range; thence on the east line of said weet quarter to the south line thereof; thence east on the south line of said section one-half mile to the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section twenty-seven; said line above described to be the center line of said proposed highway, the latter description being in township thirty north, range five west.
