A Fine Banner Presented.

The G. A. R. post were surprised .during their meeting Friday evening, by an invasion of tlie Ladies of Milray JCircle G. A. R., to the number of about 40. Tbe ladies had looked well after the commissary department before starting on their march, and they set up a fine supper for all present. After that they presented to the post a very beautiful G. A. R. silk banner, insbribe with the name, number and place of post, emblems etc. The banner was ordered from the east and cost S3O. The banner was presented by Mrs. R. W. Marshall on behalf of the Circle, and accepted by Post Commander D. H. Yeoman on bebehalf of the Post.
