Mrs. Frank Parker did shopping at Rensselaer Saturday. Wm. Reely returned from his trip to Chicago Friday, while there he purchased a horse and rode it home. Warren Wilson, of Morocco, came over Sunday after a load of potatoes. Herman Ahlefs, of Pleasant Grove, visited friends in this vicinity Saturday and Snnday. Mr,-. Wm. Collins, of Gifforb, will move to Newland some time this week. Billie Boughan and Joe Cooper went to Ora Sunday for a few days’ visit Taylor Hawkins, of McCoysburg. visited friends at Newland and Gifford Sunday, Joe Haddock and Reece Roby were at Francesville Thursday on business. Ora Morgan and Earl Hewitt moved to Newland one day last week from the oil fields They will work on the rail road this summer. Pete Rohd, of Gillarn, was a Newland viator Friday, Wm. Ballanger and wife visited friends at Kuiman over Sunday.
