Notice is hereby given that a petition will be presented to the Board of Commissioners of the county of Jasper, in the state of Indiana, at the April term 1901, of said board, asking for the* location of a new public highway in Barkley and Gillam townships, in said county and stat <• on the following route, to-wit: Commencing at the northwest corner of the south half of the southwest quarter of section 13, in township 30 north, range 0 west, of the 2nd P. M. Thence east on the north line of said south half of said southwest quarter and thence continuing east until said line shall connect with a certain dredge ditch bank on the southeast quarter of .said section thirteen. Thence eastward on the south bank of said dredge ditch across remaining part of said section. also across sections eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, and the west half of fifteen.
