GroUndhog Unreliable.

Not content with threatning the occupation of the ‘‘ local prophet'’ and the “oldest ihhabitant,” the government weather bureau is now hot on the trail of the groundhog. The department declares that the records for February in the last ten years have made it evident that the groundhog is unreliable. Only twioe in that time has his pre&iction of February 2 been accurate. This was in 1895 and 1900.
