McCutcheon In a Bad Way
John T. McCutcheon, formerly of Lafayette, the well known Chicago artist and newspaper man, who spent two years in the Philippines, and who for several weeks has been seriously ill with pneumonia, will be taken to Asheville, N. C., in a short time, Unfortunate symptoms developed during the past week and his friends became alarmed at his condition. As a consequence arrangements have been made for a private car whioh will be placed at his disposal. Trained nurses will accompany him, as will also his close friend and co-laborer, George Ade formerly of Kentland, The doctors who have attended Mr. McCutcheon declare that the tropical fever has so infested his entire system that nothing but a change of climate oansave his life.
