Petitition of Bankrupt for Discharge.

In the matter of j No. 706 in ?u e pe ,n<i V Bankrupt. John W. Phelps, [ cv Bankrupts. J y ‘ District of Indiana, as: On this Bth day of January, A. D. 1901, on reading the petition of bankrupt for his discharge. It is ordered by the court that a hearing be had upon the same on the 30th day of January A. D. 1901, before said Court at Indianapolis, in said District, ht nine oblook in the forenoon, and that notice thereof be published twice in the Rensselaer Republican a newspaper printed in said district, and that all known creditors and other persons in interest may appear at the said time and place and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered by the Court, that the Clerk shall send by mail to all known creditors copies of said petition and this order, addressed to them at their places of residence as stated.
