Another Child Killed by Dowieism.
Hammond Tribune Coroner Turner was called to Dyer yeste< day to hold an inquest in the case of Royal T. Stommel, who had died as a result of diphtheria. The boy lived with his parents and was eight years of age. The mother and her relatives are all devout believers in Dowiesm, and when the child was taken with the dread disease last Monday, refused to give him medioal aid. Had a physician been called there is but little doubt that the child would now be alive. After an investigation the coroner returned a verdict of: Death was caused by diptheria and lack of medical attendance. There is in the family another child who has not" been quarantined and unless the county board of health take str6nous and immediate action the diseasa is very apt to spread.
