Kos Yeoman Killed By Accident.
Our Former Townsman Met Death Saturday Night. A telegram was received here by Mrs. A. A. Yates, Sunday from Rossville, 111., stating that L. K. Yeoman, now of that town, bad beedl killed by the cars, at midnight, Saturday night. No particulars of the manner of his death were given. His brothers Robert Yeoman and Andrew K. Yeoman left for Rossville, Sunday afternoon, and Monday his wife’s sister Mrs. A; A. Yates and daughter Miss Mary Yates. The funeral will be held at Rossville, Tuesday. Mr Yeoman, who was bom and raised in this vicinity, has been located in Rossville s for quite a number of years, and was one of the town’s most enterprising and prosperous business men. He lately retired from the lumber, ooal aud grain business aud had just bought a liyery stableHis age was about 45 years and he leaves a wife aud four children, the youngest of the latter being twin boys, 12 years old.
