All Hanging at Michigan City.

The attorney general is preparing an amendment to ihe law concerning hanging in Indiana, so that all executions in the state will take place at the Michigan City penitentiary. Heretofore the law has divided the state into two districts, all cases south of Indianapolis going to the Jeffersonville prison. Now that that institution is a reformatory every execution in the entire state will be sent to Michigan City.
