Judge Henley, of the Indiana appellate court, has handed down a decision which covers the question of freight trains carrying passengers stopping so that passengers may alight on the platform. The decision is broad and there is no question as to the court,s meaning. All trains carrying passengers mpst stop on the platform, else the railrohd company is liable for injury.
