Dr. Mary E. Jackson Indicted.
Tuesday morning the grand jury returned three in dictmemts in that infanticide case. One was against Dr. Mary E. Jackson, df Hammond, for abortion; the other two were against Earl Mann; one for the same charge and one for seduction. No action was taken againt Mary Nagel, the unfortunate young woman in the case. Dr. Jackson is at Hammond, and no doubt has been served with a warrant of arrest. The other party’s whereabouts are not known. %
