The Juanita Glee Club.
The Juanita Glee Club, of Chicago, willl give another of their delightful concert entertainments at the Methodist church, on Wednesday evening, Jan. 9. The Juanita Glee Club is composed of young ladies who have made a special study of ensemble singing, with Mrs. Estelle Barr as musical director. The discrimination exercised in the selection of trained voices for this organization insures harmony and volume of tone seldom equaled, and the exquisite shading in the rendition of classical, sacred and familiar songs is a delight to the most exacting audience. The repertoir of the club is large, and includes compositions from the masters as well as sacred and humorous selections. All the singing is done without instrumental accompaniment, thus enabling the audience to appreciate its sweetness. The Juanita Club is withoat doubt the finest organization of its kind in America. Tickets on sale at Huffs; adults 25c, childern, (under 12) 15c. No reserved seats. Statement of tickets at 35c on large bills was due to error. Remember the date, Wednesday evening, Jan. 9.
