Death of John L. Bicknell.

Brook Reporter: John Lindsey Bicknall, an old and respected citizen of Jasper County, and formerly of Brook, died at his residence on December 4tfc, at 10:45 o’clock in the morning, after a short illness. Mr. Bicknell was born in North Carolina, April 7th, 1833, and consequently was 67 years old at the time oMiis death. Coming with his parents to Indiana when he was but six weeks, old, he spent the remainder of his lite in this state, in the counties of Howard, Tippecanoe, Newton and Jasp§r. Six sons, and three daughters, all grown, and the aged wife, besides three grand children, and many friends are left tb mourn his demise. -
