Uncle Bill N. Bowls Next Wednesday Night.

The bowling match for the championship of the universe, for men over 60 years old, between Wm. N. Jones, of Rensselaer, and A. M. Hoyt, of Chicago, will take place £(,t Bliss & Shaffer’s bowling alley, in Hammond, Wednesday evening, Dec, 19th, at 7:30 p. m. The match will be for a purse of SSO and the championship. Seven games will be bowled, and the man knocking down the highest total of pins wins the match. A team of 5 Rensselaer bowlers will bowl a match with a Hammond team, the same evening. The Rensselaer bowlers will go on the 3-:27 p. rn. train Wednesday and return on the paper train the next morning. Special rates will be given for any who wish to occompany our bowlers. Another interesting item of bowling news is that a Chicago club will be here Saturday evening, of this week, and bowl a match with Rensselaer. Admission be free.
