Three Foot Ball Victories in One Day.
The Rensselaer Second High School Team won a victory Thursday by score of five to nothing over Monon First High School Team at Monon. The touchdown was made on the seqond down by one of McGregers famous end runs after which the game was very evenly fought. f The team, Robert McGreger R. H. B„ Morton Murray F 8., .Carl Wood L. H. 8., John Bissel Q., Ray Collins ever ready and nonpassable right end, Tom Moody R. F. Matt Moosemeller R. G., Earl Chestnut C., Kenton Parkison, L. G. De Ferguson L. T., Walter Hopkins S. E., and Rufus Giver as substitute, was accompanied by a small crowd of rooters.
The Monon players were big fellows compared with ours, and if they were high schoolers it must have been some years ago, with some of them, judging from their whiskers.
