Still Another Divorce Case.

Mrs. Nancy A. Fishel of Rensselaer has begun suit in the circuit court for a divorce from Jacob H. Fishel. They were married in Kansas m July, 1887. Five years later he abandoned her for 6 months, bnt came back. On or about Oct. Ist. 1900 he abandoned her taking all that belonged to hink He is now believed to be liviiig at Batavia, lowa. She charges not only abandonment, but that he always and totally failed and refused to provide for her and even money that she earned by washing and gave to him to buy articles for family use, he used to buy articles for himself. He also called her names, and ill-treated her in many ways. The case is continued to the February term for service by publication. She asks for the restoration of her name under a former marriage, Nancy A. Snodgrass, and all other . proper relief. She has no children by this last marriage, and those by the former are all of adult age.
