Democratic Roosters Delivered.

The Uncle Mac-Wilson, Sweetsingers and Sheepskin Band combination gave their final performance at 2 o’clock, Saturday afternoon. It was the delivery by Uncle Mac of one or more democratic roosters to the Democrats named below. The procession consisted of Uncle Mac and Wilson in a buggy, Parks’ dray loaded with roosters, the Sweetsingers in a hack and the sheepskin band. The recipients of the birds were 'Editors Babcock and McEwen, Ike Glazebrook, B. F. Fendig, Geo. Strickfaden, Ike Tuteur, John Eger. Jay Stockton, C. W. Duvall, N. S. Bates. The most of these got at least two birds, and Editor Babcock got 6 and Editor McEwen 4.
